Artwork proof approval is recommended prior to production on all new orders to insure accuracy of the print design.
Artwork changes or cancellation will incur a $75.00 fee once art is prepared for production.
Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully on all proofs and order summary specifications. If you have questions or concerns about custom imprinting on any item, please call us at (800) 364-6144 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. We are not able to accept cancellations once the order is placed, as they are immediately are submitted into production.
Order cannot be cancelled once imprint production or processing has begun.
Standard order processing and production times are stated in business days, which does not include weekends or holidays. Production times are estimates and can vary due to seasonal demand and other influences. You will receive an order confirmation by email with the estimated ship date for your order.
When artwork is submitted for reproduction by the customer, it is assumed that this artwork is authorized in full compliance with the laws governing copyrights and trademarks. By placing and approving an order, the buyer agrees not to hold Lewis Promotional Marketing responsible for any damages, costs and/or other expenses incurred under proprietary intellectual property laws as a consequence of requesting the reproduction of any logo(s), designs, graphics or text.
OVERRUN / UNDERRUN
Due to processing by high speed printing equipment, and to insure quality control, an overrun quantity of product may be produced and included with your order. Custom printed orders may include a product overrun quantity of up to 5% to 7%. The final settlement of your account will be billed for the exact amount of product shipped and any additional freight cost.
We guarantee our custom printed products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects.
Products that have been personalized or custom printed cannot be accepted for return, except in the case of a manufacturing error or product defect. A proof of your custom imprint design will be emailed for your review and approval prior to production of your order.Please note that product colors, features and attributes can vary slightly within inventory production lots and in fulfillment of your order.
All requests for exchanges or refund due to product defect or printing error must be made within 5 days of receipt of the product - - please contact us for a return authorization number. We may ask that you submit photographs of the error or defect for review prior to issuing the RA number. Any returned product must be in new unused condition and in its original packaging for an exchange for the same item, or refund.
Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
LP Marketing reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material.
Non-imprinted blank merchandise returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery of the order, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
LP Marketing will not sell or rent information that you provide to any third party. We may use your information to contact you with announcements that you may find useful, such as news about our current specials or modifications to the Terms of Service. The personal information that you provide allows us to process your service requests and orders, provide you access to privileged areas of the Websites, and enables us to send you email newsletters and improve the products and services that we offer.
